MEMBERSHIP
Tinted Trends Vault is a recurring membership program that provides members with monthly Vault Credits and exclusive member benefits.
Membership Fee: $65.00 per month. Your membership automatically renews each month until canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT
By joining the Tinted Trends Vault, you agree to remain an active member for a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles. Memberships may not be canceled during the initial three-month commitment period. After the initial three-month commitment has been satisfied, you may cancel your membership by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice before your next scheduled billing date. Membership benefits will remain active through your final paid billing period.
VAULT CREDITS
Members receive 65 Monthly Membership Credits + 35 Bonus Credits = 100 Total Credits deposited each month. Credits are added after your monthly payment has been successfully processed. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
WELCOME BONUS
New members receive a one-time Welcome Bonus of 100 Credits upon enrollment. The Welcome Bonus may only be awarded once per customer.
REDEEMING CREDITS
Credits may be redeemed for eligible products available through the Tinted Trends Vault. Available products and credit redemption values are subject to change without notice. Products are available while supplies last.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Members may receive benefits including, but not limited to:
- Exclusive member pricing
- Early access to new collections
- Bonus credit promotions
- Limited-edition product access
- Members-only offers
Benefits may change at any time.
BILLING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling, you authorize Tinted Trends to automatically charge your payment method each month on your recurring billing date. If your payment is declined for any reason, Tinted Trends may attempt to process the payment again. A $25.00 declined payment fee will be added for any payment that is returned, declined, rejected, or otherwise unsuccessful. Membership benefits and monthly credit deposits may be suspended until all outstanding balances, including any applicable fees, have been paid.
CANCELLATION
Following completion of the required three-month commitment, membership may be canceled by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to Tinted Trends. Notice must be submitted by email to support@tintedtrends.shop or by mail to:

No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for any membership fees already charged.
RETURNS
Products redeemed through Vault Credits are subject to the current Tinted Trends Return Policy. Credits used for redeemed products are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
ACCOUNT USE
Memberships are for individual personal use only. Memberships, credits, rewards, and benefits may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared.
FRAUD OR ABUSE
Tinted Trends reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, misuse of promotional offers, or violations of these Terms.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Tinted Trends reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, redemption values, eligible products, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will not affect an active member’s existing three-month minimum commitment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tinted Trends shall not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling in the Tinted Trends Vault Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Agreement and authorize recurring monthly billing in accordance with the terms above.
