Refund policy

At Tinted Trends, every customer receives personalized guidance backed by over 15 years of experience as an optician. My goal is to help you choose a frame you’ll truly love before you place your order, so you can shop with confidence.

Because every purchase includes personalized recommendations and sizing guidance, I do not offer refunds.

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, I do accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:

* Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
* Frames must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.
* Returns will not be accepted if the frame shows any signs of wear, scratches, damage, alterations, or missing packaging.
* Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges and payment processing fees.

Every frame is carefully inspected before it leaves Tinted Trends. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify me in writing within 24 hours of delivery at tintedtrendsnj@gmail.com so I can make it right.
